Creating an 'Anchanting' eCommerce Experience for Enterprises across APAC

As per Statista, a statistics portal for market research, the eCommerce market in Southeast Asia (SEA) is expected to be valued at $88 billion by 2025. The retail market is also anticipated to grow manifold as compared to its current market size. Such a remarkable growth will undoubtedly bring tremendous opportunities for sellers, retail brands, and fulfillment players in the region. Hence, they need to establish themselves in the market and work toward shipping label generation and SLA compliance along with ensuring the best delivery experience for the end-customer.

“When it comes to eCommerce, (SEA) is extremely fragmented. The consumers in that region do not search and buy, they browse and buy,” explains Vaibhav Dabhade, founder and CEO, Anchanto. He believes that the key to winning the eCommerce market lies in leveraging the combined power of technology and innovation. Abiding by this ideology, Singapore-based Anchanto has developed products to help its clients manage their eCommerce operations in-house, instead of outsourcing them to third-party service providers and losing a significant amount of revenue. In order to create an ‘anchanting’ experience for its customers, Anchanto equips them with eCommerce Warehouse Management System (eWMS) and SelluSeller allowing them to handle their eCommerce operations efficiently.

eWMS is a platform designed for third-party logistics companies or executives that manage or operate warehouses for eCommerce or retail businesses. It allows customers to process eCommerce orders from their warehouses directly and manage their logistics operations.

Our core philosophy behind establishing Anchanto was to create products that could make eCommerce logistics and multichannel selling simple for everyone

SelluSeller, on the other hand, supports multichannel sales by enabling online-to-offline (O2O) retailers such as large retail companies, supermarkets, and mall operators to seamlessly go online and scale their products as well as increase the footfall in physical stores.

Both the systems are designed in a way that they can readily integrate with the existing processes of clients. Anchanto’s products are highly scalable and can be employed by sellers of all sizes—from small online sellers to large brands and distributors—operating in multiple countries. Companies that have warehouses in multiple locations across SEA can easily sell in the region and manage everything on the Anchanto platforms. “Our core philosophy behind establishing Anchanto was to create products that could make eCommerce logistics and multichannel selling simple for everyone,” says Dabhade.

One of Anchanto’s valuable clients, Great Deals E-Commerce Corporations successfully scaled its operations in the Philippines using SelluSeller. Before implementing the SelluSeller platform, the company managed sales operations across 4-5 channels for a limited number of brands. However, they today control their sales online through SelluSeller efficiently and are one of the leading distributors in the Philippines. Great Deals now serves global brands such as SanDisk, L'Oréal, Maybelline, Disney, Shell, Marvel, Garnier, Lee and is currently managing over 127 seller center accounts across various online channels. Anchanto has delivered such capabilities to more than 250 organizations to help scale their revenue, eliminate manual processes, and get visibility into their eCommerce operations.

The year 2018 proved remarkable for Anchanto. The company has not only transformed itself into a global B2B SaaS technology company but has also scaled its revenue by 400-450 percent. Making significant investments and collaborating with potential clients has further helped Anchanto to establish local offices in six countries. The company will now focus on expanding its market outreach and strengthening its regional presence in SEA. It will assist brands and distributors in embracing digital transformation and conquering the SEA region with its tried-and-tested products, integrations, and partnerships. Anchanto also looks forward to creating an open platform for all eCommerce players and reaching potential customers spanning the U.S., UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, Canada, and other countries.

Anchanto introduces 'Free Forever' plan For SMEs in Asia Pacific

ANCHANTO announced on February 25 the launch of its "Forever Free" plan to help smaller sellers and micro, small and medium enterprises (micro SMEs) to participate in the region's lucrative e-commerce sector.

The plan allows SMEs to use Anchanto's e-commerce marketplace management software, SelluSeller, which gives online sellers the ability to manage their online selling on multiple marketplaces, including inventory, orders, pricing, promotions, listings, reports and much more, all on one centralized platform.

Micro SMEs can now use the service to connect to newer marketplaces, webstores and logistics partners across nine countries to grow their revenue.

Sellers processing up to 50 orders per month will be able to subscribe and use the software for free. Once their business grows to more than 50 orders per month, they can upgrade to any of the five paid plans to continue using the service.

Anchanto, which specializes in enabling end-to-end multichannel eCommerce for businesses through its SaaS products, has decided to introduce this plan as a part of their effort to encourage and support the SMEs.

Small sellers and micro CMEs are the key economic drivers as they account for up to 95 percent of all business establishments. The "Free Forever" plan is therefore aimed at helping especially those businesses that have previously found it difficult to expand and embrace transformation for the digital economy.

With the "Free Forever" plan that is powered by SelluSeller, small businesses can expand their sales across any number of marketplaces without accruing the costs of adding more manpower and resources. It is an initiative that provides the sellers a great platform and opportunity to scale their e-commerce business.

"Our 'Free Forever' plan was designed with entrepreneurs and the smallest SMEs in mind, and to help them scale their business across Asia through digital channels," said Vaibhav Dabhade, founder and CEO of Anchanto.

"Much of our business growth has been due to our work with SMES, and - as we are now expanding in the region - our new plan is our tribute to the small sellers and entrepreneurs who have been with us from the very beginning and who are continuing to help us grow," he said.
