Eiko Ando is currently the E-Commerce and Digital Director at PVH Corporation, a position she assumed in August 2024. With nearly 25 years of experience in the global fashion and retail industry, she has built a strong professional reputation for her merchandising, brand management, and e-commerce leadership expertise across several renowned international brands.

Since joining PVH in August 2024, Ando has been based in Tokyo, Japan, where she operates within the company’s marketing division under the leadership of Mike Kelly, Chief Marketing Officer of Heritage Brands and Global Chief Innovation Officer. In this capacity, she plays a critical role in shaping and executing PVH's digital commerce strategies, leveraging her extensive expertise in digital merchandising and online business development to support the continued growth of the company’s iconic brand portfolio. Her responsibilities include overseeing e-commerce initiatives, optimizing digital consumer engagement, and contributing to the digital transformation efforts of one of the fashion industry’s most respected enterprises. .

Before her current engagement at PVH, Ando cultivated a broad and profound body of experience through her tenure at several leading fashion and retail organizations, where she progressively expanded her scope of responsibility and deepened her industry expertise. .

At Crocs, Inc., from 2021 to 2024, Ando served initially as Senior On-site Manager from October 2021 until November 2023 before being promoted to Senior Manager of Owned E-Commerce, a role she held from October 2023 until August 2024. During this period, she significantly enhanced her proficiency in managing direct-to-consumer digital platforms and contributed to the brand’s digital sales growth within a competitive global marketplace. .

Her preceding experience at Fitfit and DoCLASSE, between 2017 and 2021, further refined her merchandising and production management capabilities. Specifically, she served as Merchandising and Production Director at Fitfit from October 2017 to October 2021 while concurrently undertaking a merchandising position at DoCLASSE from 2019 to February 2020, where she adeptly balanced multiple strategic responsibilities, including merchandising oversight, catalog management, web business operations, and production supervision. Ando’s earlier professional journey reflects a steady advancement through various key positions within the fashion retail sector. .

Ando’s formal education laid a robust foundation for her professional achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from Musashino Art University, where she studied from 1993 to 1998. She then successfully completed a master's course at IFI Business School between 1998 and 2000, a program that further refined her business acumen and industry-specific knowledge. .
